As Director of Technology and Control Solutions Daniel is responsible for software and hardware architecture, communications topologies, safety systems, supervisory and monitoring systems and manufacturing intelligence software specification and implementation. As a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of industry knowledge, Daniel is an experienced designer, software developer and system control specialist. 

Daniels’ career started in 1990 working for Electronics Control Limited in Columbia as a Research and Development Engineer designing AC/DC drives, isolated interface boards, PID tension controller boards and PWM battery back-up systems. After five years of R&D he was moved to their Control Systems division and was responsible for managing large industrial projects including machine retrofits, electrical design, panel layouts and HMI development.

In 1999 upon completion of his studies in Japan, Daniel moved to Panama and accepted a position as a Technical Consultant for Panasonic Latin America providing support to both the end-users and distribution network of their growing telecommunications business. In 2002, after emigrating to Canada, Daniel continued to develop his robust career with Ainsworth Industrial Inc. as a Senior Technician and Field Service Engineer troubleshooting large scale manufacturing machinery and industrial equipment. 

Most recently, Daniel enjoyed a six year term with Rockwell Automation as an Automation Specialist where he furthered his portfolio in control system design, project management, electrical design, software and hardware architectural design and technical consulting. Daniel has a reputation for being a high-capacity, result-driven Engineer with a deep commitment to exceeding the expectation of his clients.
